  • What services do you offer?

    We provide subscription curbside trash service with three tiers plus add-ons:
    Tier 1 – Curb Basic: Set-out/return, debris removal, one-time gift card.
    Tier 2 – Curb Fresh: Tier 1 + wash/sanitize, one-time pet cleanup.
    Tier 3 – Curb Pro: Tier 2 + deodorize, curb wash, one-time choice: driveway wash or bulk item to curb.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently serve local neighborhoods in Houston, TX. More communities will be added soon!

  • How do subscriptions work?

    Plans are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled. Availability depends on your trash pickup schedule.

  • Do you handle bulk or yard waste?

    We can roll bulk items to the curb and offer pet waste/yard cleanup as add-ons, but we don’t haul items away.

  • What does “one-time complimentary” mean?

    Each tier includes a one-time perk. After use, services can be purchased as add-ons.
    Tier 1: Gift card
    Tier 2: Pet cleanup
    Tier 3: Driveway wash or bulk item

  • What if I’m not satisfied with service?

    Let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll reschedule or credit your account at no cost.

  • How do I cancel?

    Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us. Refunds or credits are available within 30 days under our policy.
